Drawing your pet/customization takes up to 2-3 days please keep this in mind when considering shipping times!

Include how many pets will be on Koozie, specify if more than one are in photo.

Below are examples of good photos for customization.

Photos must be: clear, in good lighting, taken from straight ahead, must include full face (ears, etc.), taken from appropriate distance.

Below are examples of photos that can’t be used because of side profile or missing ears.

Photos must not: be dark, taken from a side angle, or include other dogs not included in the customization.
